    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Turkish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using.     Now, coming back to your question, your account is currently active and in good standing. If you're referring to another account, it'll help if you can share the account username, associated email address, or the URL of a form in the account you believe is suspended so we can check the account status.
