How can my user access the draft link for a form that they're filling out?

Wenn ich ein Formular zuweise, der jeweilige Nutzer es ausfüllt und es als Entwurf speichert.

Wie kann der Nutzer auf diesen Entwurf zugreifen? Sobald das Formular dann erneut geöffnet wird, ist es wieder komplett leer.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. Usually, once the users fill out the form and click Save, there is a pop-up where they can click the Get Draft Link button, or they can email the Draft Link to themselves to continue filling out the form later.

Alternatively, you can also access this draft link in your Jotform Tables and share it to them if they happen to delete their email containing the draft link. Here's how:

1. Go to My Forms page, and select the form you would like to get the draft link from.
2. Click Submissions from the top.
3. Then, click the 3 dots beside your form from the top left.
4. Next, select Incomplete Submissions and a pop-up from the right will appear.
5. Click View, and copy the URL from the address bar. That's it!

Keep in mind that your form filler must click on Save on the form first before it generates a Draft link. You may also check our guide about How to Enable Save and Continue Later on Forms.

das löst leider mein Problem nicht.

Der Sachverhalt sieht so aus, dass die Person, die das Formular ausfüllt, das Formular in der Jottform IOS App bearbeitet. Möchte er es nun als Entwurf speichern (siehe Screenshot), so muss er das bestätigen. Im nächsten Moment schließt sich das Formular und es wird ein Hinweis angezeigt, dass das Formular unter Entwürfen gespeichert worden ist.

Öffnet der Benutzer nun das Formular erneut, so fängt er wieder mit leeren Felder an. Den Ordner Entwürfe kann ich leider in der APP nicht finden.

Gibt es hierfür eine Lösung?

Thanks for getting back to us. If you are using the Jotform mobile app, you can access your saved draft by going to the submissions. Let me show you how:

1. On the Forms page, tap the form from which you want to access the draft.
2. Then, choose Submissions from the dropdown options.
3. Finally, tap the Continue Filling button from the right part of your screen. That's it!

You should now have access to your saved draft.
