Hallo liebes Jotform-Team,
ich würde gerne ein Upgrade machen. Leider ist dies nicht möglich, da ich immer nur das Starter Fenster angezeigt bekomme und ich keine weitere Auswahl treffen kann.
ich benötige ein Upgrade für mehr Unterschriften.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. Can you try upgrading your account through your Pricing page? Here's how you can get to that page:
1. On your My Forms page, click on Pricing right before your Profile Photo/Avatar.
2. On the Pricing Page, select the plan that you want by clicking on it.
3. Select your preferred payment schedule, either Monthly or Yearly.
4. Select your preferred payment method, then agree to the Terms of Use. Click on Continue once done.
