    Sehr geehrtes Jorform-Team,

    ich habe im vergangenen Monat sehr zufrieden ihren Service benutzt.

    habe dann in der App wieder auf das starter Paket geklickt was auch abgeschlossen wurde und so angezeigt wird.


    dennoch wurde mir diesen Monat wieder der silver Beitrag berechnet.


    ich würde Sie bitten mir diesen Betrag zurückzuerstatten und mich in ihrem System auf Kostenlos zurückzustufen.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to assist you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd prefer to receive support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, I'll help you with your question. As requested, we have cancelled the subscription immediately and issued a full refund. The refund will be credited to your account within 5 - 7 business working days. Your account is back on the Starter plan.

    Thanks for getting back to us. It’s easy to check your invoices. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar.
    2. Click on Settings to go to your Account Settings.
    3. Under Account Settings, click on the Billing tab.

    Refund Request: Charged three times Image 1 Screenshot 30 Screenshot 104. Scroll down a bit and you should be able to see the Invoices section

    5. Click on the View link on each invoice to see their details.
