Upload storage reached limit

    Guten Tag,

    meine Formulare sind gesperrt, da ich offenbar das Limit vom 100MB Datenspeicher erreicht habe. Ich habe nun ältere Formularantworten gelöscht und diese auch aus dem Papierkorb entfernt. Gleichzeitig habe ich den Cache geleert.

    Eine Aktualisierung des Datenspeichers trat bisher nicht ein?! Was kann ich noch tun?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We’re sorry if you’re having trouble with your Upload Storage limit even though you purged the form submissions from your Jotform account. My apologies if I responded in a different language, our German Support is currently engaged to another support ticket. I am using a translator tool, please respond to your preferred language. I’ll do my best to help you out.

    I've recalculated the form submissions and cleared the cache of your form on our backend system for additional precautions. Your Upload Storage went down to 74.42 MB since you still have 141 form submissions from different forms. 

    If ever you purged the form submissions but there are no changes in Upload Storage, you can clear the cache of your forms by following this guide on how to clear your form cache
