    Hi paconf7,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your last form and there is no payment integration added to this form. I have forwarded this to our relevant team. We’ll get back to you as soon as we have an update.

We really appreciate your patience and understanding.

    Hi paconf7,

Thanks for patiently waiting. It appears you were collecting credit card information using standard fields and it's not allowed under our terms of use. Due to this, the credit card fields were removed. Credit card section has disappeared from all forms Screenshot 20

Due to our PCI certification, we are required to deny the collection of credit card details on regular forms. However, we have other PCI-compliant ways to do this. All you need to do is choose any of the payment processors available in our platform in order to integrate into your forms. You still won't be able to collect credit card details directly though. You can capture card details and charge later with payment authorization. This guide will show you how to do that.

Reach out again if you have any other questions.

    Hello

The collection of the card is the client's payment method for a telephone consulting and management service, our clients are from different countries and the unified payment method is a card, it is not an internet purchase of a product, such as a computer, this service the client authorizes us to save the credit card for future charges, since the service can be activated or deactivated during time,

It is not the case, for example, that the client enters a website and buys a chair; logically, in that case, he would use a bank POS for payment and the credit cards are never collected, but a chair is never purchased repeatedly.

It is the same case that in Spain, service companies such as electricity, electricity, gas, etc. have a web form with the mandate to know where they collect bank accounts and then pass on to clients the charges for the use of these services such as gas, water. or light.

So we do not understand where we violate your conditions since it is not a purchase, it is the form of payment for a service.

    Hi paconf7,

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, it's against our Terms of Use to collect credit card information using regular as this exposes the client's card information. You can still incorporate our payment processors if it's a payment for service. You use the service as the product.

Let us know if there’s anything else we can do for you.
