CSAT/Satisfaction Survey Tools

Dear Jotform Team,

Allow me to introduce myself, I am Danita from Kumparan, a media company based in Indonesia. Currently, we need a CSAT/Satisfaction Survey Tool that can accommodate the following requirements:

1. Similar to online transactions, a buyer/user can fill out a survey when they receive their goods.
2. Survey submissions can be made via email (with smiley and dissatisfied emojis). 
3. Integration capabilities with other applications, or at least with Google Sheets.

Could Jotform fulfill these requirements? Thank you.

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. Capturing survey feedback directly within an email, where it is submitted without clicking a 'Submit' button, is not available in Jotform. Users are currently required to open the form and click on the 'Submit' button to record their submissions. However, this is what you can do with Jotform.

1. You can certainly use Jotform to quickly create CSAT forms. You can create a new one from scratch or use our ready-made CSAT form templates that you can check out here.
2. Once you've finished customizing your form, you can share the form URL with your users for them to fill out. You can also embed the form on your website or share it by including a link in your email body. Additionally, here's our guide on how to set up an emoji slider on Jotform card form layout.
3. Jotform can be integrated with many third-party apps, and Google Sheets is one of them. Here's our guide on how to do that.
