Formularz z danymi a płatność PayU

    Witam

    mam problem z powiązaniem płatności z formularzem.

    Po wypełnieniu formularza i wybraniu opcji płatności przekierowuje mnie na stronę PayU, ale formularz z wypełnionymi danymi nie jest przesyłany na maila ani nie pojawia się w odpowiedziach. W jaki sposób można to naprawić?

    Now, let me help you with your question. I've checked your account and I noticed that you have multiple forms, can you send us the URL of the form for which you're having this issue? You can check out this guide about Where to Find Your Form URL.

    Also, if I correctly understood your request, the issue is not with the payment integration but, with receiving the emails and storing the data in Tables. Could you confirm it? Also, can you send us the submission IDs involved in this issue? You might want to check out this guide about Where to Find the Submission ID.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

    Dear Joseph,

    We have the same issue. The form works properly until we pin a payment integration into it.

    We filled the form at 26.02.2024, 17:20, got the confirmation of payment on email and a success screen (i don't know if the link is always the same or unique with every inquiry, but i'll paste it anyway)

    It seems that the issue is with the integration only, when we try to fill it without activating PayU everything works properly.

    Any ideas why this is happening?
