Merhaba Apıden dönen bilgiyi alırken new ve flag alanları "0" dönüyor ve create date alanının sıralaması dönmüyor bu yüzden hangi müşterimiz ne zaman cevap vermiş bulamıyoruz. Yardımcı olabilir misiniz?

Diğer yanıtları alırken fk ile sıralaması verilirken, create date alanının fksı olmadığı için sıralayamıyorum.

Now, let me help you with your question. To clarify, when you receive the submission through API, the submission date is not showing? Can you explain a bit about the field returning the value to 0? May we know also the form with the issue? Can you take a screenshot  and send it to us? This guide will show you how to do that.

Thank you for providing these screenshots. The API call you're showing seems to be from form 240113113355945 (Değerlendirme Formu). I checked the submissions for this form, and the data returned by the API looks correct. The flag and new values are either 0 or 1. If a submission is new and unread, as in it hasn't been viewed in Tables or Inbox yet, it will return a 1 and otherwise a 0. The flag value returns a 1 if the submission is flagged and otherwise a 0. As an example, in my screenshot below I have flagged 4 submissions using the star in tables. These 4 show up with a flag value of 1, while the other submissions have 0.

But I'm not quite sure what you mean by the sorting field that usually shows up for you next to the date field. To better understand what you're referring to, would you be able to share which form you have this sorting field on in your API response? And if possible, please also share a screenshot of how it looks when you do have this sorting field visible in the API response.
