As for your customer asking for payment data. Perhaps they're referring to a confirmation email. I .

Thanks for getting back to us. Submit button is replaced with PayPal buttons after the payment processor integration. If you select YES options, the form will be submitted as soon as payment is completed. Please refer to the below screenshot to get the idea on the relationship between the form submit button and PayPal button.
