The Smooth Signature widget adds an electronic signature field on your form, with a helpful bezier algorithm that makes realistic strokes as you draw the signature on the form. The hand-drawn signature looks realistic and matches a pen-drawn signature to a tee. The smooth signature augments the reality of signatures, giving you the best of both worlds.

Paperless business processes have gained steam over the years. Currently, over forty countries now legally support electronic signatures, a validation of the progress that technology has made in replacing paper-based transactions. The advancements made with electronic signatures provide a pivotal augmentation of technology towards more paperless business processes. The smooth signature, as a hallmark of paperless technology, provides a simple form field which can be drawn by mouse, electronic pen or finger.

The smooth signature can be used on contract forms, notarizing and initialing legal forms, accepting terms of service, authorizing internal requests and processes, on-boarding forms, non-disclosure agreements, debriefing forms, governmental service application forms among hundreds of other use cases.

No additional settings are required when you drag it onto your form, it fits snugly wherever you'd like the signature to appear. Users are able to redo their signatures as many times as they wish if the first or second try was insufficient. A horizontal guide line helps the signatory to orient their directional accuracy, this also augments the conventional presumption of signing on the dotted line.

The Unique ID allows you to stamp your form with a unique alphanumeric key which can be used to identify the form with precision.

It’s easy for two documents or two users to have the same name or the same reference. This creates a less than ideal situation for business processes which require a unique identifier for every reference. The Unique ID widget makes sure that all your forms retain referential integrity; a peculiarity of every submitted form.

The Unique ID allows you to add a standard prefix, which is appended with a serialized number that starts exactly where you want it to. This allows you to create unique serial numbers for different things, for instance, your invoices could have a series that looks like INV001929, while your successful delivery references could look like DL001928.

There are many documents that are generated by your online forms which need a Unique reference. Such documents include receipts, invoices, estimates, registration forms, booking forms, payment forms, support forms, evaluation forms, surveys and questionnaires, polls, purchase orders among many others. Each of these forms will generate documents which will require the Unique ID widget to provide a referential distinction.

The Unique ID is very easy to use, just drag it on your form from the widgets tab, Add your prefix, the starting index for the serialized number, and the padding; which represents how many documents will be in the series by appending zeros in front of your serial number, for instance, 00000789. The Unique ID is generated when the form is submitted, which ensures that no duplication occurs.
