تعديل على نموذج الjotform

لدي استفسارات بخصوص تعديلات احتاجها على نموذج ال jotform الخاص بمؤسستي

التعديل الذي أطمح إليه هو إمكانية تحديد عدد المرات التي يمكن للعملاء الحجز من خلال منصة jotform

مثلا:

نحن كنادي لتدريب الفروسية يمكن للمتدربين التسجيل في باقات تدريب شهرية تتضمن عدد محدد من الحصص التدريبية( 3 حصص أو 4 حصص و الخ) لمدة شهر

المطلوب إيجاد طريقة بحيث يحدد لكل من هؤلاء المتدربين عدد مرات تسجيل في المنصة تساوي عدد الحصص الخاصة بالباقة التي سجلو عليها

بحيث بعد انتهاء هذه الحصص لا يعد لديهم قدرة على الحجز في المنصة الا بعد تجديد الاشتراك

Thanks for patiently waiting. There's no direct way to achieve your requirement. However, you might consider the workaround below.

1. Add 4 appointment fields to your form.

2. Ask user to enter a code. This code should be given to him before he submits the form.

3. Based on the code, we'll show/hide the appointment fields by creating the conditions below.

4. Lastly, set the user's email as Unique Field so that when he tries to submit the form using the same email, he won't be able to.You can find it under Settings> Form Settings> Show More Options.

If you are to consider this workaround, it's recommended to change the code monthly. If the user renews and wants to submit the form again, you must delete his previous submission.
