Yes, Upload Field can be added in the form so your users can upload their files when filling it out. Let me show you how to do that:

• In Form Builder, click on the Add Element button on the left.
• Next, select the File Upload element to add it to your form.
• By clicking on its Gear icon, its properties can also be customized further.

Another option available is to use the Take Photo widget found under the Widgets tab.

We also have a guide on How to Create File Upload Forms that you can check out. Please note that when receiving files, it will use your upload usage and it can only be freed when permanently deleted.
