    Hoy quería utilizar mis formularios y al darme cuenta ya no aparecen activos, entonces decidí entrar a mi cuenta pero me aparece suspendida. No vi que me llegara a mi correo un aviso de suspensión de la cuenta, entonces quería saber si hay forma de recuperarla o el motivo por el cuál me la suspendieron. Gracias.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment.     Now, let me help with accessing your account. I see that your account was suspended due to copyright logo, check out the screenshot below:

    We can reactivate your account, but we will need to delete the logo. If you claim that you are a legit institution and don't agree to delete the logo, you will need to provide the following information:

    1. The URL where their form is used.
    2. Provide any document that will support your claim.
    3. Your website or proof of affiliation to legitimate institutions.

    Send all of these to reviewers@jotform.com with the Thread # 5527738 as the subject. One of our colleagues will get back to you about the status of your account.
