After you assign the form via Assigned Form, your form recipients are required to have a Jotform account to fill out the assigned form. The reason behind that is because the assigned form will create a unique form link to the form recipient. If you want the form responders to fill out your form without creating a Jotform account, I suggest you send the URL of your form directly to your email instead of the assigned form feature. Let me walk you through how to get the URL of a form:

1. In the Form Builder, click on Publish in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. Go to Quick Share in the upper left corner.
3. Under the form URL, click the Copy Link button and send it directly using your email.
