Notification Emails: Box appearing around name in most emails

but I don't know why there is a box around my name in 3 of the 4 emails

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To remove this, you will have to modify HTML of the email a bit. Here's how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings

2. Then, in the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.

3. Hover over one of the Autoresponder emails you wish to modify and click on Pen icon from the right.

4 In Email Editor, click on Source Code icon at the top toolbar.

5. Once here, copy the following CSS:

 outline: 1px solid black;

6. Use CTRL+F in your browser to locate the previously copied line

7 Once you find it in the Source code, delete it and click on Ok button in the Confirmation window.

8. Finally, click on Save button in the Email editor to apply the change.
