Email Notifications: Border Appearing Around Name in Emails

but one question. why I have the border around my name? it happens to 3 emails

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I checked your form’s Autoresponder Email, I noticed that a border code is applied to one of your logos. Take a look at the screenshot below:

To fix this, try removing the border code from your Autoresponder’s source code. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Settings tab in the orange navigation bar and select the Emails tab on the left side menu.
2. Hover your mouse over to the The Business Foundation Gap Autoresponder email, click on the Pencil icon and select the Source Code icon in the Email Content toolbar.
3. Next, locate the HTML code: outline: 1px solid black; delete it and click on the Ok button to close the Source Code window.
4. Then, click on the Save button.
