Now, coming back to your question, our standard plans (Starter, Bronze, Silver, and Gold) are single-user plans, allowing only one login session at a time. If you need an account for multiple users, consider upgrading to Jotform Enterprise. Enterprise accounts support your entire team and give you full control and visibility over all member actions for IT audit purposes.

Also, if your goal is for your team member to help you build the form, you can easily share the Collaboration link with your teammates. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Collaborators button on the top-right side of the page.

2. Next, click on Copy Link in the window that opens, and then share that link with your teammates.

Additionally, you can easily share your Jotform Tables with others using the Share button. Let me show you how:

1. On your Jotform Submissions Table, click on the Share button on the top-right side of the page.

2. Then, click on Share Settings and set your Table’s privacy options.

3. Next, click on Go Back in the top-right corner of the panel and use the Generated Link or the Invite by Email feature to invite people.

If you need to change access settings later and revoke the invites you've sent to others, you can easily do it. Let me walk you through it:

1. While in Tables, click on the Share button to open Share Table.

2. Then, click on the avatars/icons of the people you invited next to the Shared With section.

3. Next, select the users that you want to revoke the access to by checking the boxes on the left, and click on Revoke.

4. Finally, click on the Yes, Delete button. That’s it, you’re done.
