    Hi

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'd like to let you know that I am using a translation tool to provide assistance, but if you would prefer to get assistance in Turkish Language, we can forward your ticket to our Turkish team, However, please note that it could take longer to receive a response.

It means that he/she giving a consent that the e-signature will be same as the handwritten signature.

In the United States, the ESIGN Act states that electronic signatures are fully legal as long as all parties agree to use them. In addition to the ESIGN Act, the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act outlines the use of e-signatures. Similar legislation exists in the European Union.

You can withdraw the consent if the user requests it. You can check out more details here.

We also have a guide to help you learn How to Add an E-Signature to Your Form. You might also want to check out this guide about Does Jotform Sign Offer Legally Binding Signatures? And our blog post on How to Collect E-Signatures with Jotform.
