Embedded App: Unable to login, always return to connection or account creation

    Bonjour, nous avons intégré notre application créée avec Jotform sur notre site Internet. Voici le lien.

    Malheureusement, il est impossible de se connecter quand on se connecte, ça revient toujours à l'espace connexion ou création de compte.

    Pourriez-vous regarder cela et me dire s'il manque du paramétrage de mon côté ou si vous avez quelque chose à faire de votre côté. Merci

    Now, coming back to your question, I have tried to access your webpage in incognito mode, tried to login, and I am able to recreate this issue. I also tried to access your app directly to see if this is embedded issue, or app-related, and found it to be embedded issue, as I have no issue when logging in via your app URL directly. As such, could you try to remove then re-add your app into your webpage again? Make sure that the following code is embedded fully in your page:

    Unfortunately, all emails via forum thread will be sent to the registered email address of the account.

    I tested logging into your embedded app on your website and was able to replicate the issue. Before we escalate this to the relevant team for further investigation, could you let me know what type of access settings your application has? Is it set to company settings?

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
