Liste déroulante avec choix "dynamique"

est-il possible de lier les choix d'une liste( unique, multiple, déroulante,...) avec des cellules du fichier excel des soumissions ?

If I understood your question correctly, you wanted to have each choice/option of a list into a separate cell of the spreadsheet.

Unfortunately, this is not possible. In order to have separate cells, you'll need to create different questions. So, for example, instead of creating a "multiple answer" field with four choices, you could create four "multiple answer" fields with only one choice.
