formulaire + mail

Bonjour j'ai préparé un formulaire + un email mais je ne comprends pas je dois mettre une adresse de destination mais du coup cela l'envoi à cette adresse et ce champ est obligatoire .

Je n'arrive pas à correctement paramétrer . c'est assez complique et je comprends pas pourquoi

3. Hover over the Autoresponder Email and click Edit.
4. Go to the Advanced tab.
5. Set the Recipient Email to the email field from your form (the one where users enter their email address).
6. Save your changes.

This will send the email to the person who submitted the form using the email they provided.
