Stuck on "Please wait" when submitting the form in the website

Buonasera,

dal form caricato sul sito si compilano tutti i campi ma al momento del submit non viene inviato il form.

Mentre dal vostro pannello funziona.

Esplorando nel debugger di rete trovo questo messaggio:

"FORM_VALIDATION_ERROR"

MA non abbiamo altre informazione per capire dove sta il problema.

Now, coming back to your question, I cloned your form and embedded it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screenshot below to see my results:

I used the iframe embed code to test the form. Can you try to re-embed your form to your website using the iframe embed code? Let me show you how to obtain it:

• In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
• In the menu on the left, click on Embed.
• Select the iframe and copy the code.
