Modulo visualizzato a schermo intero

Ciao.

Quando incorporo il modulo sul sito web (con codice iframe), non riesco a visualizzarlo interamente all'interno della pagina, in particolar modo se apro la pagina su uno smartphone. Allego il link e una foto di come si visualizza sullo smartphone. Io vorrei che si scorresse solo nella pagina (freccia verde) ma non anche sulla finestra del modulo (freccia rossa), che deve rimanere di grandezza fissa e adattarsi alla pagina.

Fino a qualche giorno fa però riuscivo a visualizzarlo correttamente.

Se cambio le dimensioni della finestra del modulo sul sito web non ottengo comunque il risultato voluto.

Thanks for getting back to us. I checked your website and the embedded form seems displayed correctly. Here's how it looks on my end:

You will need to utilize the side scrollbar in order to get the proceed button and continue, and navigate through the rest of the cards of the form.

Could you take a screenshot of how it looks on your end again? For some reason, the image you posted earlier is no longer showing.

Si anche a me appare così. C'è un modo per non utilizzare la barra di scorrimento? Nel senso che il modulo viene interamente incorporato nella pagina web e deve scorrersi solo nella pagina web?

Sai anche dirmi perchè in queste pagine il modulo Inter vivos si vede diversamente (è più grande, più alto) del modulo Mortis causa che invece è più compatto? Di fatto sono stessi moduli clonati. Intendo la visualizzazione sempre da smartphone.

Thanks for getting back to us. I just checked the Inter vivos module and Mortis causa module, it may have something to do with the block or section of the pages where they are embedded. Take note that embedding forms on sections with height difference could give different result.

As for your question about displaying the form entirely without the scrollbar, take note that the height increases on mobile view, which in a sense the scroll bar will play its purpose, in order for form users to be able to browse through the form. If you notice all the card forms embedded to your website, it shows a scrollbar, specially when viewed on a mobile screen device.
