I am not able to switch between payment methods

    I am experiencing an issue where I cannot insert PayPal payment in my order form. The form URL is https://form.jotform.com/253134004758049. I am using PayPal Business for the payment method. The problem persists both on desktop and mobile app. Additionally, I am unable to add the name field. I need assistance to resolve these issues so I can proceed with payments and form completion.

    Hi Thaise,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Do note that the PayPal Business payment is no longer available. You can choose between PayPal Standard and PayPal.

    You can change the Payment method without deleting it. It's really easy to do. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
    2. Under the Payment tab, click on the Three Dots icon next to the Payment method you used and click on Switch to Another Gateway.
    3. Choose a payment method and click on Use Selection then in the window that opens click on OK.
