Problemi di sincronizzazione tra Jotform e Google Sheets nel modulo Take Away

buongiorno, vorrei segnalare un problema legato al modulo: take away. Le risposte sono collegate ad un foglio di Google. Ho notato che, a volte, alcune risposte presenti su jot form non le ritrovo sul foglio collegato. Oggi ben 4 risposte non sono arrivate sul foglio di Google collegato. Da cosa può dipendere? grazie Gianluigi

Thank you for contacting Jotform Support. The issue of some responses not appearing in the linked Google Sheet can often be resolved by disconnecting and reconnecting the Google Sheets integration. This can happen if the integration breaks, which might be caused by changes or edits made directly to the linked Google Sheet. To fix this, please follow these steps:

1. In the Jotform Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top.
2. In the Settings menu, select Integrations on the left side.
3. Find and select the Google Sheets integration.
4. Click on Remove Integration, then confirm by clicking Yes, Remove!
5. Reconnect the Google Sheets integration by following the guide here: https://www.jotform.com/help/228-how-to-integrate-forms-with-google-sheets/
6. After reconnecting, submit a test response to check if the data now appears in your Google Sheet.
