Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form settings and found that Authorization Only is currently enabled in your PayPal integration. When this is turned on, the system only authorizes (holds) the amount on the customer's card without charging them immediately, which is why payments are appearing as reservations.
It's easy to fix. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, select the Product List element.
- Click on the Wand icon to open Payment Settings.
- Expand Additional Gateway Settings.
- Toggle Authorization Only to OFF.
- Click on Continue to save the change
