Regarding your question about viewing the credit card associated with payments in the Jotform app on iOS, please note that due to PCI compliance and security reasons, Jotform does not store or display full credit card information. You will not be able to see the full credit card details through the app or your forms.
When a payment is made through a payment form, the transaction occurs directly between the payment gateway and the payer. Jotform acts as an intermediary and only shows transaction details such as the Transaction ID in Jotform Tables.
If you want to update or manage the credit card information used for your Jotform account billing, you can do so by following these steps:
- Go to Workspace and hover over your Avatar/Profile image on the top-right side of the page.
- Click on Settings from the menu.
- Go to the Billing tab.
- Click on Manage Payment Methods to view or update your current credit card details.
- Add a new payment method if needed by clicking the Add New Payment Method button and entering your new card details.
