Redirect to External Page Results in 403 Error Before Refresh

Hello, I have a specific condition into the form, if is true I need to address the user to the page https://www.certificazione-energetica-facile.com/comparazione-offerte-ape

but i get page error 403. If I refresh the page, this one is shown correctly but i need to open it directly when I adress the user

the form is "Richiesta Preventivo Gratuito APE" on my account

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned and tested your form, and I ran into the same issue. The good news is, there’s a quick fix. Here’s how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. Now, click on Show More Options to expand the Form Settings.
3. Scroll down to Send Post Data, then click the Downward Arrow icon to select Disabled.
