Email di Risposta Automatica 2: Non invio dopo modifica testuale e selezione PRIVATO o AZIENDA

ho dovuto fare delle modifiche testuali alle mail di risposta automatica 2 e adesso non funzionano più. alla compilazione della fase1 ricevo correttamente la 1 mail di risposta automatica, ma alla fase 2 non ricevo la 2 mail di risposta automatica

il problema dell'invio della seconda mail dopo che sono stati inseriti da chi riceve la mail automatica (quella con il link edit) i dati richiesti se seleziona PRIVATO o AZIENDA (obbligatorio)

Come previsto e dopo aver inviato questa seconda parte di dati dovrebbe ricevere automaticamente una seconda mail

• risposta automatica 2 PRIVATO se nel modulo (fase 2) ha selezionato PRIVATO
• risposta automatica 2 AZIENDA se nel modulo (fase 2) ha selezionato AZIENDA

ma queste mail non vengono inviate pur avendo compilato tutti i campi richiesti

mi potete verificare da cosa dipende? grazie

When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened for me. After investigating it a bit, I found a solution. It’s really easy to fix. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings. 

2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.

3. Hover your mouse over your Autoresponder and click on the Pencil icon to customize it.

4. Go to the Advanced tab, and under Send Email Automatically, check the box next to When a submission is edited.

5. Now, click on Save on the bottom-right side.
