To answer your concern, you can set up your unique question to restrict a user from submitting your form again. This guide will show you how to do that.

1. In the Form Builder, go to the Settings tab.

2. Click the Show More Options button.

3. You will have to scroll down and look for the Unique Question option.

4. Finally, please select the appropriate field from the dropdown, and that’s it!

When someone submits your form with the same information from the selected Unique Question field, they’ll get the following warning message.

You can customize the warning message if you want to. It’s also in the settings panel. For more details, see: How to Change Form Warnings.

Another solution is to enable the Unique Submission limit in the form to limit the response submission from the same browser or network. For more information, visit: How to Set Unique Submissions on a Form.
