ارفاق تصميم وامكانية الكتابة عليه

ارغب بالسؤال ان كانت هذه الميزة لديكم في الموقع ام لا

لدي تصميم بطاقة تهنئة ارغب بإرفاقه بنموذج ومشاركته مع الموظفين مع امكانية إتاحة الكتابة على التصميم لكل موظف وتحميله

مثلا بطاقة تهنئة العيد ويقوم الموظف بكتابة اسمه عليه وتحميلها من الموقع

هل هذه الميزة لديكم؟

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Arabic Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Arabic, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. You can use the Sign Document feature. You can convert the Greeting Card into PDF and upload it in the Sign Document. Once uploaded, you can add a Name field, create a Public Link, and add the link to your form. Let me show you how:

1. In My Form Page, click on the downward icon and select My Sign Documents.

2. Upload the Greeting Card PDF.

3. Then, click on the Add Element menu on the left and add the Name field.

4. Click on the Send tab in the green navigation bar at the top of Sign Builder.

5. Create a Public Link.

5. You can use the Paragraph field and add or hyperlink the Public link.

Here's the result:

So, after they add their name to the Sign Document, they will receive an email with the attached PDF.

Thanks for getting back to us. Are you referring to the Signature contents below?

If so, unfortunately, we can't remove it. It's also not possible to adjust the size and color of the text.

I'll need a bit more time to check if there's any other workaround. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.

We really appreciate your patience and understanding while we’re looking into this. Unfortunately, we don't have a built-in feature that will allow your user to write their name on the image. I found the Draw on Image widget, but this will only allow them to draw on an Image. If this works for you, here's how you can add it to your form:

1. In Form Builder click on Add Form Element menu on the left.
2. Go to Widgets tab and add the Draw on Image widget.
3. 3. Finally, upload the image.

While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. When or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
