I see there are 8 forms in your account. Are you receiving 4 submission PDF in all your Form's notification email or any particular form? Please let us know the details of the Form.

Es solo de un formulario, los demás están funcionando correctamente.

El resultado de este formulario se le envía a 8 correos diferentes, algunos se envía adecuadamente, pero hay otros que se llegan a repetir hasta 4 veces.
No entiendo por que llega a pasar esto!

Are you receiving the same submission multiple times in a loop or a different one? I checked your conditional email notification and found that everything is in place.

Could you please help us knowing any particular submission Id that has this issue which would help us investigate this further.

Do let us know the details.
