Formulaires bloqués

Bonjour,

Nous ne pouvons plus valider les formulaires de nos patients (questionnaire pré op) , il se bloque à la 2ème page, alors que les patients le remplissent correctement .

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, I checked your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but I was able to pass the second page without any issues. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

I've cleared your form caches to see if this would correct any unnecessary errors in the form. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
