Now, coming back to your question, I've checked out your Concours Jotform app. Note that even though you've set your app to public, the Jotform Table will always ask your form fillers to log into their account when they access it. To remove this requirement, you'll need to set your Jotform Tables to public as well. Only then can anyone access it without logging into their Jotform account. Let me show you how to set your tables to public:

1. On your Jotform Submissions Table, click on the Share button on the top-right side of the page.
2. Click on Share Settings and set your Table to Public.  Then click on the Go Back button.
3. Choose X button to close the pop-up Share Table window. That's it.

Keep in mind that by default, Jotform Table is always set to private for the security reasons.
