Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I have checked your account and can confirm that you are not over any quota or limit. Your forms can be accessed and used without any restrictions. If you continue to see the 'Form over quota' message, please try clearing your browser cache and then check again.
