    bonjour je suis embeté j’avais deja cree un compte avec un formulaire bien précis j’ai changé de telephone et malgré l’enregistrement de mot de passe ca ne veut pas se connecter somarec.mobile.ac@gmail.com voici le lien de formulaire que je servais https://form.jotform.com/251786063634058

    Now, coming back to your question, is your form not showing in your account? I checked, and your account is currently active, with your form in it. Can you try logging in again but use your username instead of your email?
