    Bonjour merci de répondre . Je viens de supprimer mon compte et souhaite le réactiver. Je n’arrivais pas à valider l’adresse mail et n’accédait pas au formulaire

    Now, coming back to your question, the Jotform account linked to the email address you used for this support ticket is still deleted. But I've reactivated the Jotform account this time. I suggest clearing the cache and cookies of the browser you use most of the time before logging in again. 

    If the previous password won't work, you can reset the password. Resetting your Jotform account password is easy to do. Let me walk you through it:

    1. Go to the Jotform Main page and click on Login at the top-right corner of the page.

    2. In the window that opens, click on Forgot Password?.

    3. Enter your email address, and then click on Send Reset Instructions.

    4. You'll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Open the email and click on the Reset Password button.

    5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.
