Bonjour,
Je rencontre une grosse difficulté dans un formulaire.
De nombreuses erreurs sont apparus dans le paramétrage des conditions du formulaire. Il est indiqué à de multiples reprises : ERREUR : One or more fields have been deleted which are required by this condition.
Je ne comprends pas d'où ces erreurs viennent. Je peux les régler mais cela me prend beaucoup de temps et surtout, j'ai peur que le problème se repose. Pouvez vous m'aider à comprendre la source du problème?
Merci beaucoup

MihribanHi Devos,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
The conditions in your form builder are displaying MISSING FIELD errors because one or more fields that were originally used in those conditions have either been deleted or renamed. Since the conditional logic is still referencing those fields, Jotform cannot determine which element the rule should apply to, which is why you see the message: ERROR: One or more fields have been deleted which are required by this condition. To resolve this, you’ll need to review each affected condition, update it to point to the correct field, or remove the broken condition if it is no longer needed.
To fix this:
- Go through each condition with the MISSING FIELD label.
- Identify which field it was originally tied to (e.g., How did you hear about us or Services Required).
- Recreate or reselect the correct field in the condition.
- If the field is no longer needed, simply delete the broken condition to clear the errors.
Reach out anytime if more questions come to mind.
