Form failed error when loading the form

Je rencontre une erreur sur mon formulaire avec le message suivant : "Unexpected error occured control_matrix" et "Form engine failed - #8jsvm42". J'ai déjà vérifié la configuration du champ matrice, vidé le cache de mon navigateur, et testé le formulaire sur plusieurs navigateurs différents, mais le problème persiste. L'ID de mon formulaire est : Clone of Formulaire d'embauche Groupe Noël - Jotform Form Builder. Je souhaite obtenir de l'aide pour résoudre ce problème.

Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know, and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

Now coming back to your concern, I tested your form and had the same issue, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. Although we don't know exactly when it'll be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.
