J'utilise un formulaire modèle pour mes inscriptions d'évènements.
J'essaie de changer le titre des options dans un élément "choix de réponse unique" mais ce changement me fait perdre toute les conditions associées. (j'ai essayé plusieurs navigateur différent, changer le titre de l'option dans les propriété de l'élément ou directement sur l'élément)
Comment faire pour éviter cela?

Now, coming back to your question, if you change an field option's text, it shouldn't mess up the existing integration, where that field/option is incorporated. It should automatically update with the new name. I have this example condition:
If I change the name of the option "Apple", the new name of that option should automatically reflect to all involved conditions. Check this out:

1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.
2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.
3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.
4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.
5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.
