Bonjour, j'ai fait un formulaire avec un compte vqneige.com, et j'ai transférer les informations de cette compagnie à ma compagnie info@pixeldata20solution.com


Je ne suis en mesure de me connecter avec l'ancien compte car j'ai fermer l'hébergement et je n'ai plus accès au courriel.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support! Let's go step by step to recover your form.

1. Go to Workspace page. Then click Create button on the left side.

2. Next, select Form option from the different options.

3. After this, on the Create a Form screen, click on the Import form option.

4. Next, select the From a web page option.

5. Enter the URL of the existing form you want to import into the Enter URL field. Then below this field, click Create Form button.

A copy of the form will be created on the Form Builder page. That's it. You're done.
