    I am experiencing an issue where the email I prepared does not send properly. Instead of receiving the email content, I only get a notification with my own email address in my mailbox, even though I have subscribed through the form. When I send a test email, everything works fine, but when I actually subscribe via the form, the email sent to my mailbox is empty. The notification arrives in my main inbox but it is not the email I prepared; it appears more like a notification rather than the actual email content. My email address is amandinegaume@live.com.

    Hi amandine_amandinegaume,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand that you want to see email content rather than only a notification. You can receive an email when someone fills out your form with Notification Email.

    1. In the Form Builder page, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
    2. In the Settings menu, click on the Emails tab on the left side of the screen.
    3. Click + Add Email and choose Notification Email.
    4. Click on Save.
