amandine_amandinegaumeI am experiencing an issue where the email I prepared does not send properly. Instead of receiving the email content, I only get a notification with my own email address in my mailbox, even though I have subscribed through the form. When I send a test email, everything works fine, but when I actually subscribe via the form, the email sent to my mailbox is empty. The notification arrives in my main inbox but it is not the email I prepared; it appears more like a notification rather than the actual email content. My email address is amandinegaume@live.com. -

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand that you want to see email content rather than only a notification. You can receive an email when someone fills out your form with Notification Email.
- In the Form Builder page, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
- In the Settings menu, click on the Emails tab on the left side of the screen.
- Click + Add Email and choose Notification Email.
- Click on Save.
