Pourquoi mon compte est suspendu pour activité suspecte ?

I am experiencing an issue where my Jotform account has been suspended due to suspected suspicious activity. I only integrated a fundraising pot (cagnotte) that we created because the robot verification blocks access to PayPal. I have contacted the relevant support normally. This account is used for an educational project I am conducting with my customs declarant class. I created a form on Jotform to share the fundraising pot we set up, but my account got suspended. I want to regain access to my form and understand how to integrate our fundraising pot without causing my account to be suspended. I am forced to integrate the pot because the robot verification does not work and cuts off my access to connect my PayPal account. I kindly ask for this problem to be resolved as soon as possible. Additionally, I asked about the rules for using fundraising collections and where to place the link since I could not find the correct place and put it randomly. I connect using Apple, so I do not have an email associated with the account. My email is mariepierre.mambole@gmail.com and my full name is MAMBOLE Marie-Pierre.
