    I understand you would like to request a refund for your subscription. However, I checked your account details and noticed that you upgraded your account via the Apple App Store (iOS).

    Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are subject to the Apple App Store's refund policy. Jotform cannot refund your payments you made to Apple. You will need to request the refund directly from Apple.

    You can follow this guide on how to cancel the subscription through an IOS device.
