Hello,
j'espère que vous allez bien. J'ai créé un formulaire de réservation en ligne avec votre outil sympa que je découvre maintenant. Malheureusement je constate que plusieurs personnes n'arrivent pas à ouvrir le formulaire.
Y'a t-il quelque chose qu'on puisse faire dans ce cas?

Now, coming back to your question, when I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:
The DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN error typically indicates a network or DNS issue on the user's end. Suggest they try a different network or browser, and if the form is embedded, have them access the direct Jotform link instead.
