J’ai été prélevé d’un abonnement annuel alors que j’avais envoyé un message pour repasser en mensuel de façon ponctuelle.
J’ai pu annuler l’abonnement en ligne par contre j’aimerais être remboursé de la différence et non pas qu’elle soit mise « en crédit » sur mon comptebonne journée

Can you share your other email address that could have been used to create an account with Jotform? Or, can you send us the details below to help us locate the account where this charge was incurred:
- The last payment amount:
- The last transaction date:
- The last four digits of your card:
- The expiration date of your card:
- The type of card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc.):
If your PayPal account is charged, can you share your PayPal email address?
