    Bonjour,

    Plusieurs personnes à qui nous avons soumis notre formulaire d'enquête via le lien ci-dessous nous disent qu'elles arrivent soit sur un page blanche, soit sur une page où on leur demande de s'inscrire avec une adresse mail puis ils arrivent sur un page d'erreur "You don't have anything here yet".

    Nous ne comprenons pas quel est le problème...

    If you want to redirect users after submission to another page or form, you can add a Visit URL button on the Thank You Page. Here’s how to do it:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the top orange navigation bar.
    2. Click on Thank You Page in the left menu.
    3. Click on Action Buttons and select Visit URL.
    4. Enter the URL link and title, then click Create.

    Suis-je limité en nombre de contacts soumissions pour chaque formulaire que je créé et désire soumettre ?

Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, in every type of accounts, there would be a submission limit. Yet, I would suggest you to upgrade your account to Free Plan (which is totally free and no payment is going to be wanted when you are doing this update) to increase your submission limit.
