Je n'ai pas reçu ma facture acquittée pour la facturation du mois de décembre et je ne peux pas y accéder depuis mon compte car il a été rétrogradé en compte gratuit depuis janvier.
Pouvez-vous me l'envoyer svp?

Regarding your request for the invoice for the December billing, since your account has been downgraded to a free plan, the Billing tab is not available in your account settings. Instead, you can access billing information and manage your account through the Upgrade tab.
For detailed billing information and to view invoices when available, you can visit the Billing on my account page.
If you cannot find the invoice there due to the downgrade, unfortunately, direct access might be limited. I recommend checking your email inbox, including spam or junk folders, as invoices are usually sent by email after each payment.
