Data export: Unable to retrieve Excel details from forms

Bonjour, l'exportation des données ne fonctionne pas. Je n'ai aucun détail excel de mes formulaire pour me permettre d'en extraire des data, ce qui rend mes formulaires actuellement inutilisables. est-ce un bug ou une erreur de manipulation de ma part ?

Now, coming back to your question, I have performed the same export action on my account to replicate your issue but was not able to have an error. The forms are as folders in the zip file and in each directory if there are submissions fro the form there is a csv file with my submissions. Can you explain a bit more about the issue so I can get a clearer idea of what’s happening? Do you not have the csv file or the csv file does not contain all the necessary columns from the form?
